Special pricing for Connecticut residents is made possible by the Connecticut Energy Efficiency Fund. The CEEF is collected through Connecticut Light & Power and The United Illuminating Comany's monthly electric bill. You must be a residential customer of CL&P or UI to take advantage of the CEEF discount.
